Sports Authority of India invites applications in the prescribed format from eligible candidates for appointment on contract basis as Assistant Coach for an initial period of four years (subject to yearly performance evaluation) as detailed below:

Candidate will be shortlisted in the ratio of 1:5 with the following criteria for which necessary documents to be attached along with the application
Weightage for marks Obtained in Graduation Degree (Total - 40 Marks)
Weightage for Work Experience (30 marks)Weightage for work Experience in Sports Sector (25 marks) Weightage for Sports Participation
Maximum age as on last date of submission on application is 40 years. Contract can be extended upto 60 years subject to yearly performance review.
Through interview including oral test for discipline specific knowledge. In case, number of
candidates are more than five times of the vacancies, short-listing of candidates for
interview shall be carried out on the basis of approved criteria.
The list of eligible shortlisted candidates for interview along with date(s) and place of
interview will be informed individually or posted on SAI website.
